| Ypsilanti Police Department Vision, Mission and Organizational Values Vision To transform the Ypsilanti Police Department into a full service community policing organization that practices the philosophies of community policing (a customer based service orientation, creating unlimited community partnerships and a unified data driven approach to problem solving) at all levels of the agency and one that practices those philosophies both externally in the community as well as internally within the agency.
