Mission The mission of the South Milwaukee Police Department is to provide a modern, flexible, full service department which is quality focused and responsive to the community and its needs. Central to this mission are a set of values that will guide our work and decisions and allow us to make a significant contribution to improving the quality of life in South Milwaukee. Equally significant are realistic goals which provide direction and purpose and establish a standard for measuring progress and success.
