Values Statement
The Marshfield Police Department is directed in its operation by statutory obligations, policies, and regulations to accomplish its mission. These mission goals may not be attainable without consideration of the values which influence our behavior. Values are individual standards and beliefs that assist us in serving our community and enhance how our department is perceived by the public.
The Marshfield Police Department is committed to these values that guide our work and decisions:

- Compassion: We will be sensitive to the needs and concerns of all.
