Bureau of Justice Statistics
The BJS publishes most of its reports on its WWW pages as well as in print. Statistics are maintained in the areas of law enforcement, prosecution, courts and sentencing, corrections (including capital punishment), and expenditure and employment.
 
Center for Problem-Oriented Policing
This non-profit organization publishes information about ways in which police can more effectively address specific crime and disorder problems. All of the manuals and guides on the site can be viewed free of charge.
 
CrimDoc (Criminology Library Grey Literature)
Comprises the "grey literature" from the field of Criminology, as well as other, related areas of specialization, including criminal justice, penology and corrections, juvenile deliquency/young offenders, policing and law enforcement, and private policing. Housed in the Univ. of Toronto Centre of Criminology Library, this file is composed of institute, association, and government publications, as well as unpublished papers, working papers, research reports, etc.

NCJRS is a federally funded resource offering justice and substance abuse information to support research, policy, and program development worldwide. Included on the website are extensive publications on Corrections, Courts, Crime, Crime Prevention, Drugs, the Justice System, Juvenile Justice, Law Enforcement, and Victims.
 
National Policing Improvement Agency (UK)
The National Policing Improvement Agency (NPIA) provides a clearinghouse for information about research projects, education and technology that can enhance policing in the United Kingdom. The electronic version of The Digest is especially helpful for providing news about new and planned legislation and case law effecting policing in the UK>
 
New York City Civilian Complaint Bureau
An independent, non-police mayoral agency empowered to receive, investigate, hear, make findings and recommend action on complaints against New York City police officers which allege the use of excessive or unnecessary force, abuse of authority, discourtesy, or the use of offensive language. This site includes their mission statement, history and agency structure; information on how to file a complaint; the investigation process, profiles of actual cases, performance statistics, and officialCCRB reports.

PARC - Police Assessment Resource Center
PARC provides resources, advice, and assistance to all those who have responsibilities to their communities or constituents to deal with the consequences of police misconduct. Originally set up by the Vera Institute of Justice in NYC, PARC is a separate organization headquartered in Los Angeles and has provided support to court-appointed police monitors in LA; Wallkill, NY; and Portland, OR. The site archives PARC's own reports and reports of police misconduct commissions such as the Mollen Commission and the Christopher Commission.
